MUST-SEE: "Friends," 7 p.m., "Will and Grace," 7:40 p.m., and "Just Shoot Me," 8:20 p.m., all NBC: Tonight NBC wraps up its experiment with an expanded "Friends." Rachel takes care of Ross’ son, Ben, who promptly picks up bad habits. Meanwhile, people continue to jockey for key spots in the Monica-Chandler wedding; Joey even gets ordained online so he can marry the couple. Then Sydney Pollack returns to "Will and Grace" as Will’s dad, and Will spots him having an affair. On "Just Shoot Me," Finch moonlights as the disc jockey for a bar mitzvah party where the honoree makes a move on Nina.

"Survivor: The Australian Outback," 7 p.m., CBS: The fifth round trims the field to 11.

"The Nutty Professor" (1996), 7 p.m., Fox and "Trading Places" (1983), 3:05 p.m., TBS: Here’s a chance to compare the new and old Eddie Murphy. "Professor" uses lots of sight gags in the story of a chubby teacher who is transformed into a sleek ladies man. In "Trading Places," Murphy relies on his wits as a street hustler who unwittingly takes over Dan Aykroyd’s corporate life.

"CSI," 8 p.m., CBS. Murder at a mansion brings a fresh question: Are these people really housesitting or did they dispose of the owners?

"The Remorseful Day," 9 p.m., PBS. Inspector Morse has been around for 13 years and 64 episodes. Now comes the final episode with Morse solving a crime as his own health crumbles.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. A train crash leaves the doctors sorting out tragedies.
