Moshe of Charleston. Maruoka’s 4th Battalion color guard is part of a weekly parade. Maruoka, of Kapolei, entered The Citadel in August 1998 and is majoring in civil engineering. He is on the honor list and is a Ranger Challenge team member in the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.
