Julian Sensley of Kailua yesterday was named to the EA Sports All-America high school basketball team.

Sensley, who transferred from Kalaheo High to St. Thomas More prep school in Connecticut after the 1999 season, was selected to play for the West team in the Sonny Vaccaro 2001 EA Sports Roundball Classic on April 9 at Northwestern University near Chicago.

The game will be shown live on ESPN2.

Sensley, a 6-foot-8 wing forward, has signed with California and was called by RecruitingUSA.com the biggest recruit for the Bears since Shareef Abdur-Rahim.
