David and Gwen Kim of Pukalani have announced the engagement of their daughter, Wendy S. Noelani Cugal, to Rick Namoca Jr., son of Ricardo Namoca Sr. and Zenaida Namoca of ‘Aiea. Cugal, of ‘Aiea, formerly of Buena Park, Calif., is also the daughter of the late Joseph Cugal. She is a marketing representative. Namoca, of ‘Aiea, is a resource specialist. They plan to be wed May 26.
