Kenneth Kuo Keong Wong of Honolulu celebrated his 70th birthday with a surprise dinner held by his children and their spouses – Douglas and Jennifer Wong, Welton and Joanne Wong, and Allen and Irene Lai – and his grandchildren, Ryan Wong and Justin Wong, on Feb. 28 at Legend Seafood Restaurant. Wong was born Feb. 28, 1931, and is retired.
