Hilton promotes executive

Peter H. Schall has been named senior vice president, Hawaii region, for Hilton Hotels Corp. Schall, most recently area vice president, Hilton Resorts Hawai'i, will continue to serve as managing director of the 2,998-room Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa, the largest property in the 1900-hotel chain.

Schall also oversees the Hilton at Turtle Bay Resort, Hilton Waikoloa Village and the Doubletree Alana Waikiki Hotel. He became the area director of Hilton Resorts Hawaii in 1994.
