Coming up

Until the public school teachers' strike ends, only the private-school Interscholastic League of Honolulu is holding sports events.

• TODAY

The top four teams in ILH baseball meet at Ala Wai field in yet another set of potential standings-shakeup games. It is Punahou (8-4) vs. Mid-Pacific (8-3) at 3:45 p.m., followed by 'Iolani (8-3) vs. St. Louis (8-4) at 6:30.


• THURSDAY

It seems not many teams can challenge Punahou in girls basketball. But one may be 'Iolani with ILH scoring leader Monica Tokoro. They meet at 6:30 p.m. at 'Iolani.


• FRIDAY

In their last games of the regular ILH baseball season, Kamehameha meets Punahou at Ala Wai, 6:30 p.m. The league tournament starts next week.


• SATURDAY

ILH junior varsity track and field teams will compete in league championships. First running event is 9 a.m. at Punahou's Atherton Track. First field event is at 8:30 a.m. at Alexander Field.
