Extremely Lunches, a hands-on demonstration cooking class for kids at Kapi'olani Community College. From 9 a.m. to noon, class is for kids ages 7-12; 1-4 p.m. class is for kids 12 to 17. Instructor: Lori Wong. $15; 734-9211.

Ho'okipa 2001, a benefit for students of Kapi'olani Community College's food Service and Hospitality Education Program. $200; 734-9484. The event was scheduled for Saturday but was postponed because of the strike.

Correction: Tickets for Friday's portion of the Joy of Food and Wine Benefit are sold out; tickets for Sunday's wine-tasting portion of the fund-raiser are still available. And Ho'okipa 2001, a benefit for students of the Kapi'olani Community College Food Service and Hospitality Education Program, originally scheduled for tomorrow, was postponed because of the strike.
