Aquasearch Inc. names director

Aquasearch Inc. yesterday named Richard L. Sherman as a member of the firm's board of directors.

Sherman, currently managing officer of the Malvern, Pa.-based life science consulting firm QED Technologies Inc., has more than 25 years' experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and is a former deputy general counsel of Smith-Kline Beckman Corp.
