Tube Notes

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: Barbara Walters special, 9 p.m., ABC. A lot of attention has been focused on celebrity adoptions. Now Walters interviews ABC colleagues and Rosie O'Donnell. That includes Connie Chung, Carole Simpson and Dr. Timothy Johnson. It also includes Sherrie Rollins Westin, wife of ABC News President David Westin.

"Providence," 7 p.m., NBC. A rich relative dangles money at the family but there's a catch.

"Dark Angel," 7 p.m., Fox. This rerun has Max meeting the woman who helped her the night she escaped.

"Lone Gunmen," 8 p.m., Fox. The guys are hunting someone who illegally hunts grizzly bears.

"The Fugitive," 8 p.m., CBS. The sister of Kimble's slain wife is contacted by someone who claims to have seen the killer.

"Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., NBC. Last season, Tracy Pollan gave a moving performance as a rape victim. Now she returns as the rape victim who is now stalking her attacker.
