MUST-SEE: "Merrie Monarch Festival," 6 p.m., ABC. The a'uana competition and awards ceremony.

XFL Football, 7 p.m., NBC. Will the public watch everything that has a million-dollar payoff? That notion will be sorely tested tonight. This is the championship game that wraps up the first half of the XFL season. Los Angeles and San Francisco collide, with players on the winning team dividing up a million-dollar plot; since most of these guys make $40,000 a season, that's worth fighting for. The next question is whether it's worth watching.

"Walker, Texas Ranger," 7 p.m., CBS. Wrapping up its final season, "Walker" has plenty of new shows to air. Tonight, it puts two of them back-to-back.

"Cops: The Top 15 Moments of All Time," 7 p.m., Fox. Hey, if you've filled 225 hours of TV time, you're bound to have some good moments. Here's a rerun of the special that aired earlier this year, when the show was celebrating its 450th half-hour episode.

"Kids' Choice Awards," 8-10 p.m., Nickelodeon. Rosie O'Donnell hosts a loud party, announcing which people kids voted for as their favorites.
