Didgets
And now, cell phones with FM radio

Verizon Wireless is marketing two Motorola models with built-in FM radio.
We've all developed into such skilled multitaskers. This doesn't mean, however, that we don't appreciate a little boost from technology.

Verizon Wireless is marketing the Motorola V120c and the V60c, both of which have a built-in FM radio that the user can hear while the phone's plugged into a special headset.

The headset has two earbuds: Stick one in your ear for phone calls, two to catch the radio as well.

The headset mutes the radio for incoming calls so the ringer can be heard over Matchbox 20, or whoever.

A silvery control on the headset cord answers phone calls and adjusts volume. It's easy to operate, which is essential considering that the user may be driving a car as well.

It's retailing at $69.99 (not counting the phone, of course), a price point that probably wouldn't deter the determined gadget gonzo, especially one who's determined to remain plugged in at all times.
