TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: "The Wayne Brady Show," 7-8 p.m., ABC. This new variety series has a talented star, a frenetic place and a fierce desire to please. Brady has already shown (on "Whose Line Is It, Anyway?") that he's a gifted comedian with a terrific singing voice. Now he tries to do it all. One moment he's being James Brown as an emergency technician. The next he's affectionately portraying his own grandmother — complete with Caribbean accent. Then there's the music — including a boy-band takeoff and (alongside Justin Timberlake of 'N SYNC and Brian McKnight) an improvised tune for someone in the audience. Some of the material is weak, but this remains quick and slick and kind of fun.

"Reverb," 5 p.m., HBO. Concert footage of three bands — Coldplay, Remy Zero and Creeper Lagoon.

"The Third Twin" (1997), 8 p.m., CBS. Here's the second half of this miniseries starring Kelly McGillis and Jason Gedrick as a pair of folks wrapped up in a cloning conspiracy.

"From the Waist Down: Men, Women and Music," 7 p.m., VH1. The second hour in this five-night miniseries looks at rockers — from Little Richard to David Bowie — who blurred the traditional lines between male and female looks.
