• Because of a page designer's error, the name of an organization that should have been printed below a letter Saturday by its chair, Lela M. Hubbard, appeared below an unrelated letter by Karen Yukie Yamada. Yamada and her letter, urging candidates to be open with voters and concerned about Hawai'i's long-term future, are not connected with the organization.

• A new parallel water-main from Punalu'u to Kane'ohe Bay Drive will cost $43.5 million. The Board of Water Supply project has been redesigned to eliminate a segment from Kahana Bay to Waihe'e Valley Road, reducing the cost. A story posted Monday used information provided for the original project.

• Mitchell Kahle is president of Hawai'i Citizens for the Separation of State and Church. The name of the organization was omitted in a Local News story posted Sunday.

• The monthly dues for the Hawaii Medical Service Association's Plan 65 C Plus insurance are $72.75. Because of incorrect information from HMSA, a story Business story posted yesterday had a different figure.
