STANLEY J. OSSERMAN, 77, died July 7, 2001. Born in Pelham, N.Y. A lieutenant colonel retired from the U.S. Marine Corps. A Navy test pilot. Retired from the State Department of Labor and Industrial Relations as an OSHA inspector. Survived by wife, Sharon; son, Stan Jr.; daughter, Ann Markle; stepson, Tony Sarcomo; five grandchildren.
