Four libraries to hold SAT seminars

Four O'ahu public libraries have scheduled free seminars for high school students interested boosting their scores on the SAT exam.

The SAT is an admission requirement of many colleges. The seminars will be conducted by the Princeton Review. Students and their parents are invited to learn what to expect in the exam.

The seminars will be held at Liliha Public Library Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m.; Hawai'i State Library Sept. 15 from noon to 1:30 p.m.; Kailua Public Library Sept. 18 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m ; and 'Aiea Public Library Sept. 27 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

To register, call the Princeton Review at 947-5988 or go to the individual library to sign up. For more information, call the library at which you intend to attend the seminar.
