LOCAL INTEREST: "Egg: The Arts Show," 9 p.m., PBS. Among those profiled in this "Body Language" episode are kumu hula Maile Loo and Sonny Sing, along with Nona Beamer.

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: (network TV): Football, 2 p.m., FOX. John Madden and the other FOX folks get one of their rare journeys into prime time tonight. They also get two of the teams that have emerged as surprises in recent years, making it to the Super Bowl. It will be the Tennessee Titans at the St. Louis Rams.

TONIGHT'S MIGHT-SEE (cable): "Jumping Ship," 7 p.m., Disney Channel. Back in 1999, Disney's "Horse Sense" had a spoiled rich kid (Joey Lawrence) mature after working on a ranch with his cousin (Andy Lawrence, Joey's brother in real life). This sequel conveniently forgets any growth. He's back to being spoiled and rich, taking his cousin on what's supposed to be a posh cruise. It turns out to be on a ramshackle boat run by a tough guy (Matt Lawrence, yet another brother). Eventually, there will be pirates, a shipwreck and more. None of this is particularly well-made. Still, it's diverting and we understand that many of the Lawrences are attractive.

"Mysterious Ways," 7 p.m., NBC. A reporter could stir up a frenzy by telling about a baby who may have healing powers.

"The Godfather, Part II" (1974), 9:30 p.m., AMC. Director Francis Ford Coppola pulled off an amazing feat when he created this sequel. It won an Oscar for best director. He did that by deepening the story, including flashbacks to Robert De Niro as Don Corleone in his youth.

"That's Life," 8 p.m., CBS. In this rerun, Lydia's dad (Paul Sorvino) wonders if he's fulfilling himself working as a toll collector.

"Nikki," 7 and 7:30 p.m., WB (seen on KFVE). Here are two reruns of this pleasant comedy. In the first episode, Nikki plans a surprise party for her mother-in-law; in the second, Dwight gets Nikki a job in a music video that includes dancing wrestlers.
