Windward 0-2 in American Legion regional

Bret Baldwin went 3-for-5, including a two-run double in a five-run fourth inning, to lift West Jordan, Utah, to a 14-10 victory over Windward of Kailua in the American Legion Western Regional at Salt Lake City yesterday.

Windward is 0-2 and faces Las Vegas (1-1) today.

Windward scored four runs in the top of the fourth inning to take a 7-5 lead before West Jordan scored five to take control.

Travis Hayashida, Ikaika Lester and Kawika Kekaula each had three hits in Windward's 17-hit attack. West Jordan had 14 hits.
