TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE (TV): "Titus," 8 p.m., FOX. Most FOX weddings go badly. Still, few have gone as badly as this one. Chris and Erin try to marry until the relatives get in the way. This rerun sets up next season's troubles.

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE (cable): "Small Shots," 9 p.m., The National Network. Here's the premiere of a series that's surprising fun. Each week, Chris Cox and Matt Sloan drive into a small town and declare they will make a movie. Then come casting, location scouting. Tonight's stop is Alton, Ill., a Mississippi River town of 34,000, with two distinctions: lots of purported haunted houses and a life-sized statue of Robert Wadlow, the late Alton man who's listed by Guinness as the tallest documented human (8-foot-11-and-a-half).

"My Wife and Kids," 7 p.m., ABC. Keenen Ivory Wayans appears in this re-run, playing Damon's brother, Ken, who shows up with a new girlfriend.

"The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. Reruns the hour that introduced Oliver Platt as a White House lawyer asked whether the president broke laws by concealing his multiple sclerosis.

"The Job," 8:30 p.m., ABC. This rerun has McNeil (Denis Leary) held hostage in a men's room.
