Work begins on Mauna Lani golf condos

Maryl Group has started construction on its 135-unit gated condominium golf villa, the Villages At Mauna Lani, with purchase reservations topping $13 million.

The developer is building the fee-simple residential project at the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast in conjunction with The Shops At Mauna Lani, a neighboring retail complex scheduled to open in December 2002.

Prices for the three-bedroom and 3 1/2-bath homes range from $695,000 to $1.45 million. Maryl expects residential models to be ready in February, with the first home deliveries in March.
