Fun House
Burgers and fries served Fridays only

It was almost five years ago when my boyfriend and I decided to take our then-4-year-old daughter, Tyler, shopping. We were coming from 'Aiea and took the Kinau exit off of H-1, heading to the mall on Ward Avenue. As we neared the intersection of Ward and King, I spotted TGIFriday's, one of my favorite burger joints. I turned to my boyfriend and said, "Ooh! Friday's! I like eat Friday's!"

At that point, Tyler yelled from the back seat, "But Mommy, I'm hungry today!"

It was Tuesday.
