High tech incubator gets interim chief

The state's High Technology Development Corp. has landed an interim manager for the Manoa Innovation Center business incubator.

Ken Tomi, a former Adtech employee, takes over on a temporary basis from Michael Possedi, the former manager of the incubator, who resigned this month in a dispute with HTDC leadership. An HTDC spokesperson said Tomi has not signed a contract.
