TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: "Forbidden Secrets," 7 p.m., Pax TV. An early premiere, "Forbidden Secrets" promises to be an odd mixture of information. Tonight on the fourth anniversary of Princess Diana's death it has a segment called, "Diana Didn't Have to Die." It also offers advice on surviving disasters, avoiding taxes and learning from lie detector and inkblot tests.
"Diagnosis Murder," 7 p.m., CBS. In this rerun, medical students learn that it's not fun to experiment with near-death experiences.
"Dark Angel," 8 p.m., FOX. Max is in heat, in this rerun. That happens sometimes when you have some feline DNA.
"Flatliners" (1990), 6 p.m., A&E. Julia Roberts and former flame Kiefer Sutherland star as med students experimenting with near-death experiences. Combine this with "Diagnosis Murder" and we have a theme night.
"Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., NBC. Mili Avital, the terrific Israeli actress who starred in last year's "Arabian Nights" miniseries, guest stars in a rerun that starts with human remains found in a garden.
