Associated Press

Air Force Gen. Richard B. Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, is scheduled to visit O'ahu on Friday to speak at a ceremony honoring those who died 60 years ago during the Japanese attack on Hickam Field.

The ceremony, at 7:45 a.m. at the base flagpole at Hickam, will feature the Air Force Band of the Pacific and the Air Force Hawai'i Honor Guard, which will bear the colors and provide a 21-gun salute.

The remembrance is open to Department of Defense identification cardholders and their guests.
