Woman in critical condition after Likelike accident

A 21-year-old woman was critically injured during morning rush-hour traffic today when her car rolled over in the Honolulu-bound lanes of the Likelike Highway.

The accident occurred just after 8 this morning, 1 1/4 miles from the Honolulu-side portals of the tunnel, said a spokesman for the Emergency Medical Service.

The woman was ejected from her car, which overturned and rolled on top of her. She was taken to The Queen's Medical Center in critical condition.

The accident delayed traffic for about two hours during the morning commute.
