VH1 will tape a segment of the concert for airing on VH1 Classic in about two months. The show will also be syndicated to DirecTV.
With Mike Reno of Loverboy leading the pack, the musicians will play solo and together. They include Larry Hoppen of Orleans, Glenn Hughes of Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, Spencer Davis of the Spencer Davis Group, John Cafferty of the Beaver Brown Band, Dave Jenkins of Pablo Cruise, Ronnie Hammond of the Atlanta Rhythm Section, Jimi Jamison of Survivor, Alex Ligertwood of Santana, Jeff Baxter of the Doobie Brothers, Pat Travers of the Pat Travers Band, Joe Lynn Turner of Rainbow and Deep Purple, Leslie West of Mountain and Peter Rivera of Rare Earth.
