DR. DONALD G. FOX, a pediatrician and chief of Kaiser Permanente's Punawai Clinic, died in a traffic accident Nov. 25 in Baltimore. He was 56. See story.

GRIFFITH RICHARD CONRADT, 78, of Honolulu, died Nov. 28, 2001. Born in Honolulu. First Federal Savings and Loan senior vice president.
