ELEANOR OLSEN CARR, 86, of Citrus Heights, Calif., died Nov. 29, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A clerk retired from Hickam Air Force Base. Survived by daughter, Beverly Webb; three grandchildren; a great-grandchild; brother, Roy Olsen. Service held in Orangevale, Calif. Burial in Honolulu at a later date.

RICHARD WAYNE FARDAL, M.D., 68, of Kailua, died Nov. 27, 2001. Born in Minneapolis, Minn. A dermatologist retired from Kaiser Permanente. Survived by wife, Erlys; son, Peter; daughters, Becky and Wendy Fardal Robinson; a granddaughter; mother, Elsie.
