PHYLLIS TEXEIRA ALAMEIDA, 46, of Waimea, Hawai'i, died Dec. 14, 2001. Born in Laupahoehoe, Hawai'i. A mail carrier and hula mom for Keala Kahi Hula Halau, Waimea.
