On-street parking: Free, except for metered Kalakaua Avenue spaces adjacent to Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway parking as permitted by sign; municipal lot meters must be fed. Special traffic and parking restrictions in place for Kailua Fourth of July activities.
Traffic: No coning
Trash: Regular rubbish collection
Landfills and transfer stations: Open

Municipal golf courses: Open
Mail: Post offices closed; no regular residential and business delivery; no collection (blue) box pickups.
Handi-Van: Operating, 6 a.m. to midnight
