Hawaiian Wireless to sell some assets

Hawaiian Wireless Inc. said yesterday that it has reached an agreement to sell certain assets of its Honolulu cellular phone system to Nextel Partners and AT&T Wireless.

AT&T Wireless has agreed to provide a one-time offer to all Hawaiian Wireless customers who change to AT&T Wireless. Hawaiian Wireless said it is contacting customers with details.
