JOSE TEODORICO MANZONILLO ARIOS SR., 81, of Honolulu, died June 28, 2001. Born in Marcos, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. JOHN FRANKLIN BAKER, 78, of Hawi, Hawai'i, died July 16, 2001. Born in King's Park, N.Y. School district transportation supervisor. SAMUEL ISAMU INOUE, 92, of Kamiloloa, Moloka'i, died July 4, 2001. Born in Pu'un«n«, Maui. Machinist and supervisor at Libby and Dole plantations, Moloka'i, and former master sergeant, 442nd Regimental Combat Team. AKIMI KIKUGAWA, 69, of Wahiawa, died July 6, 2001. Born in Lana'i City, Lana'i. A retired postal service worker. DORA KAWAHINEPO'AIMOKU KAHILIHIWA STRAND, 76, of Tacoma, Wash., died July 2, 2001. Born in Kalapana, Hawai'i. Survived by sons, Alfred, Malcolm, George Sr., Samuel and William Wong; daughters, Deborah Tokuda, Alison Taylor, Donna Wong and Joyce Wong; brother, Donald Kauhi; sister, Rose Kipapa; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; hanai sons, George Kaukani, Richard Kawainui, Joseph Foley and Scott Ohelho.
