Faith page seeks stories from your organization and members

Are you a lay worker, pastor, priest or other informed member of a faith group who has a story or message to share?

Maybe you are a person who would like to see the story of your faith organization shared with the community.

In either case, the Faith page welcomes your letters.

• Expressions of Faith is a weekly column of views and stories written by people who are active in faith organizations.

A column must be 500 to 600 words long and may be on any topic. It can be an explanation of a church's beliefs, for example, discussion of a faith-related issue, an anecdote that reveals something about the nature of faith, or information about a project that you've worked on that might be helpful to other organizations. (Contact the Faith page, using the information below, for more specific guidelines.)

• Where We Worship spotlights a faith organization in Hawai'i each week, telling about its history, beliefs and program offerings. To nominate your organization for this profile, write us, explaining what's special about your group.

All letters should include name, city and daytime telephone number. E-mail faith@honoluluadvertiser.com or call 525-8036.
