DR. VERNON GOODRICH BOIDO, M.D., 83, of Visalia, Calif., died June 2, 2001. He practiced medicine here for nearly 30 years. A lieutenant commander retired from the U.S. Navy and retired teacher, former president of Meals On Wheels, California and father of more than 70 foster children.
