Bill and Ben under the stars

Guitarists Bill and Ben (William Coulter and Benjamin Vedery) will perform at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10 in a Friday Night Live concert on the Central Courtyard Stage of the Honolulu Academy of Arts. Mystique to play for Latin festival

Mystique, considered to be the Latin version of Earth, Wind and Fire, will perform at the 13th Annual Hawai'i International Latin-Salsa Music Festival, from 7 p.m. Sept. 15, at the Hawaiian Ballroom of the Waikiki Beach Marriott Hotel. The group, from Northern California, is comprised of 15 musicians performing salsa, cha-cha, Tex-Mex, Latin rock and caliente forms of music.
