Tube Notes

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE: "Diana: Story of a Princess," 9 p.m., The Learning Channel; concludes 9 p.m. Saturday. The first half of this four-hour documentary is filled with first-person memories, ranging from Diana's nanny, Mary Clarke, to Diana's lover, James Hewitt. It also includes Shirley Hewitt, who often chaperoned the weekends with her son and the married princess. Prince Charles' supporters have described Diana as traumatized by her parents' messy divorce. "I believe Diana had a severe psychological disorder," Penny Junor, the prince's biographer, says here.

"Mysterious Ways," 7 p.m., NBC. An Indian spirit guide who may have a gift for healing is investigated.

"America's Funniest Home Videos," 7 p.m., ABC. Here's another new round of videos.
