Soldiers of the 25th Infantry Division (Light)'s Company A, 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment trained last month at El Centro, Calif., and Yuma Proving Ground, Ariz. The Schofield Barracks-based soldiers endured triple-digit temperatures during the weeklong exercise, dubbed "Kernel Blitz." The regiment is aptly nicknamed "Cacti."
