CURTAIN CALLS: Cathy Foy, still doing "Victor/Victoria" at Diamond Head Theatre, has been in Los Angeles the past two days to audition for a revival of "Flower Drum Song," said to star Lea Salonga and bound for Broadway. Foy returns in time for the "V/V" extension Friday through Sunday ...

Look for New York-based Jade Stice to guest-direct DHT's season's opener, "Jeckyll & Hyde," this September. She last did "Chess" here. No word on who might play the split personality (whose big musical number is "This is the Moment") in the Hawai'i premiere of the musical ...

CELEB CITY: The party's over, but the buzz about "Pearl Harbor" celeb sightings persist. Among the Touchstone/Disney folks dining at Roy's in Hawai'i Kai: Michael Bay, Roy Disney, Jerry Bruckheimer, Dan Ackroyd, Donna Dixon, Bill Walsh, Greg Brennaman. Even June Jones; and Bonnie Tiegel, "Entertainment Tonight" producer ...

Ben Affleck, meanwhile, was spotted with pals at Duke's Waikiki ...

Bruckheimer had a late-night dinner at Chef Mavro's with Miami Heat coach Pat Riley, enjoying George Mavrothalassitis' trademark Onaga Baked in Hawaiian Salt Crust. Bruckheimer also descended upon Keo's in Waikiki, with a contingent of CNN and Japanese news crews seated nearby. Metallica's Kirk Hammond also dined there and posed for the Wall of Fame with Keo Sananikone ...

And when Dennis Rodman was in town, he played nine holes of golf at Ko 'Olina, then partied at the Ocean Club, buying five bottles of expensive Champagne for a group of women ...

Rodman also ventured to Esprit at the Sheraton Waikiki, where he celebrated his birthday by doing "Sex Machine" with Honolulu and played congas and sang, trading musical licks on timbales with Honolulu's Jeannette Trevias ...

Rodman also took in the Royal Hawaiian Hotel's lu'au show, taking the stage with cast member Jade Anguay Bright ...

And out Maui way, Neil Patrick Harris, former "Doogie Howser, M.D." star and "Rent" performer, attracted fans and admiration at the Hula Grill in Ka'anapali. He gave lei to the waiters in appreciation for a fun time ...

WHEE, THE PEOPLE: When chefs Emeril Lagasse and Sam Choy dined at the Hilton Hawaiian Village's Golden Dragon, chef Steve Chiang whipped up several signature dishes, including the Imperial Beggar's Chicken (the one wrapped in clay that you whack with a hammer) and Lobster Curry with Haupia. Then the pair did a 1 a.m. shoot for ABC's "Good Morning America," with executive chef Guido Ulmann and chief steward Ed Kaanehe also appearing ...

Lagasse also did three Food Network TV segments from the Hilton Waikoloa Village, with chef Buster Faifai of the Hilton's Kamuela Provision Co. among the guests ...

Indigo chef Glenn Chu finally has breathing space; in addition to the "Pearl Harbor" kaukau, he did a private breakfast at the Hawai'i Theatre for six Seattle writers here for the launching of the Honolulu Academy of Art's Luce Pavilion ...
