• Federal offices: Open.
• State offices: Closed.
• City, county offices: Closed.
PUBLIC SERVICES:
• Libraries: All closed. Most reopen Tuesday, except Waialua, Kailua-Kona, Kihei, Lana'i and Princeville, which will reopen Wednesday.
• TheBus: State holiday schedule, with express service; slightly reduced regular weekday and express bus service for military bases and downtown. Call 848-5555.
• On-street parking: Free, except for metered Kalakaua Avenue spaces adjacent to Kapi'olani Park; holiday parking as permitted by sign; municipal lot meters must be fed.
• Traffic: No coning.
• Trash: Regular residential and business pickup.
• Landfills and convenience centers: Open.
• Open markets: Not in operation.
• Municipal golf courses: Open.
• City recreation centers: Open.
• Mail: Regular residential and business delivery, post office and collection box service.
• Humane Society: Open, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Blood bank: Dillingham center open, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.; downtown center closed.
