TheBus: State holiday schedule, with express service; slightly reduced regular weekday and express bus service for military bases and downtown. Call 848-5555.
On-street parking: Free, except for metered Kalakaua Avenue spaces adjacent to Kapi'olani Park; holiday parking as permitted by sign; municipal lot meters must be fed.
Traffic: No coning.
Trash: Regular residential and business pickup.

Open markets: Not in operation.
