Today'S MUST-SEE: "Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery" (1997), 2 p.m. TBS, or "The Breakfast Club" (1985), 8 p.m. TNT. Cable grabs summer |viewers in a bunch of ways. This is one of them. It takes a few eternally popular movies and runs them over and over again. Ted Turner's channels put two such films eye to eye. Both start with great concepts and despite a few flaws they delight young fans. "Austin Powers" is the brainchild of Mike Myers, who wrote it, has the title role and co-stars as Dr. Evil. "The Breakfast Club" gives teen movies a concept that works well in theater: Find a reason to force some opposite people together. In this case, that's a high school detention day.
"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. In this rerun, Rachel frets over her plan to sleep with her young, handsome assistant.
"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. The death of a deaf man apparently in a car accident brings doubts in this rerun.
"Mystery," 8 p.m., PBS. The low-key Hetty Wainthropp reruns continue. This time the investigation centers on someone who claims to speak with the dead.
