• To enter the Kailua Fourth of July Parade, call the Kailua Chamber of Commerce at 261-2727. Because of a reporter's error, the wrong number ran in a Local News story posted Monday.

• Kanthi von Guenthner is the city medical examiner. She was misidentified by a reporter in a story posted yesterday.

• A reporter mistakenly attributed remarks by Halemalu Place homeowner Jennifer Konohia to another homeowner, Lori Sajor. A story about the Wailuku homeowners' lawsuit against Honolulu developer Stanford S. Carr was posted June 4.
