98 Degrees to turn up heat at World Cafe

Just when you think the pop stars are skipping Hawai'i this summer, now comes word that 98 Degrees, the pop faves of "He Loves U Not," "The Way You Want Me To," "Give Me Just One Night" and "My Everything" fame, will return to the Islands for a single concert at 8 p.m. July 8 at the World Cafe. Doors open at 7 p.m.

98 Degrees, who last performed here in February as the Pro Bowl half-time attraction at Aloha Stadium, is currently on a world tour and will be in Hawai'i following three concerts in Tokyo.

The group includes Jeff Timmons, Drew Lachey, Nick Lachey and Justin Jeffre.

Tickets: $35 (general admission), open to all ages; on sale starting tomorrow at Tower Records Kahala Mall and Pearl Kai Shopping Center; Tower Video Kapiolani; World Cafe box office; Blaisdell Center box office; University of Hawai'i Campus Center; Tempo Music; House of Music; most Foodland and Sack N Save stores.
