Dorothy Wilson, former Realtor, dead at 73

Dorothy Louise Wilson, 73, of Honolulu, died June 16, 2001, at Maui Memorial Medical Center.

A memorial service and scattering of ashes will be held in Honolulu later. Ballard Family Mortuary is assisting with the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Ala Lani United Methodist Church Building Fund, 50 S. Papa Ave., Kahului, Maui 96732, or St. Vincent's School for Boys, 1 St. Vincent's Drive, San Rafael, CA 94903.

Wilson was born Feb. 25, 1928, in Fort Sheridan, Ill. She was a former Realtor and a volunteer for the Hawai'i Blood Bank.

She is survived by a son, Martin R. Wilson of Novato, Calif.; a daughter, Christie Wilson (Jimmy) Leon of Wailuku; a sister, Katherine (Floyd) Ethridge of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Robert Booth of Pomona, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
