Wife held in attempted attack

A Pearl City woman is in custody today while police investigate allegations she chased her husband around their Akaikai Loop home with a razor blade.

The incident occured about 9:30 p.m. yesterday. Police said the incident began when the 39-year-old started arguing with her 41-year-old husband. There were no injuries, police said.

Charges are pending.
