Has worked in the kitchens of the Maui Hilton, Royal Lahaina Hotel, Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, Ala Moana Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Bandito's Cantina.
His approach: "My cooking style is American-Continental cuisine. I love to cook with pumpkin flowers, bittermelon leaves and watercress."
