Acting coach offering workshops

Iris Klein, a noted Hollywood acting coach, will present classes for Island actors for two weeks, starting July 2.

Klein, who has coached the likes of Anne Heche, Meatloaf, Lucy Lawless, John Stamos and Josh Brolin, will conduct sessions from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays through July12, at St. Andrew's Priory, Room 203. Space is limited.

The fee is $240 for all the sessions, enabling the actor to work on exercises and independent activities and gain a foundation on how to work in the field, or $30 for each class. Information: Jim Pallett at 395-4226, or P.O. Box 240524, Honolulu, HI 96824.
