¬ MIGHT-SEE: Basketball, all day, CBS: For the next three weeks, college basketball will dominate the extended weekend on CBS. Games of the NCAA Basketball Championships begin at 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. today Hawai'i time. There are two games (varying by region), a pause and then two more. Set the VCR. (The same schedule prevails on Friday.)

¬ MIGHT-SEE: "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade," 6 p.m. Sci Fi Channel (1989): Cable has lots of choices tonight for the basketball-impaired. Here's one of the best, with director Steven Spielberg showing that he's the best at action-adventure films. Harrison Ford stars, but there were two other fine casting coups this time. One has the late River Phoenix playing the young Indy, in a brief prologue; the other has Sean Connery as Indy's father.

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC: Monica searches for the perfect band for her wedding. Meanwhile, Joey and Ross are dating the same woman.

"Rumble in the Bronx," 7 p.m., Fox (1994): Jackie Chan, the compact superstar from Hong Kong, made his bid for American fame here. He comes to New York for a wedding, then confronts street gangs.

"Na Mele," 7:30 p.m. KHET: Beloved Auntie Genoa Keawe is the focus of this first in the third season of this Hawaiian music series.

"Elton John: Greatest Hits Live! One Night Only," 8 p.m. KHET: Repeat of a concert show, another in the station's March Pledge Drive specials.

"Emme's Island Moments," 8 p.m., KGMB: "Emme's Makeover Moments" has host Emme Tomimbang going Oprah with total-life makeovers for four Isle women.

"Live by Request," 7 p.m., Arts and Entertainment: Loretta Lynn has sung and lived a classic country life. A mother of four by the time she was 18, she sings with a been-there passion. She'll span her career tonight, taking viewers' requests.

"Will and Grace," 8 p.m., NBC: Grace lusts after the nephew of her assistant, Karen.

"The Weber Show," 7:30, NBC: Anthony Edwards of "ER" guests, playing a heavy-metal rocker who is the brother of Jack's roommate, Larry (Chris Elliott).

"Just Shoot Me," 8:30, NBC: There's only one trouble with the guy Maya is dating: He might be her half-brother, the result of one of her dad's flings.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC: Here's the rerun that NBC scheduled for two weeks ago, then bumped for a new episode. Greene must do an operation while Corday is guiding him via intercom.
