¬ MIGHT-SEE: Basketball, all day, CBS: Here we go again, NCAA Basketball Championship games air in double-header pairs at 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. By the end of the day, the field will be down to 32 teams.
¬ MIGHT-SEE: "Crocodile Dundee," 8 p.m., TNT (1986): Here's the film that captured Americans' view of Australia as a modern cowboy country: A sleek blonde from the United States (Linda Kozlowski) ends up in the Outback, where a gutsy chap (Paul Hogan) rescues her. Soon, both are in New York, where he finds more adventures.
"Providence," 7 p.m., NBC. Syd and Robbie both have romances,
with mixed results.
"Mixed Plate," 7 p.m., KITV. Pamela Young hosts a return to a popular locale from last year: the Hong Kong International Lion Dance Competition.
"The Lone Gunmen," 8 p.m., Fox: After borrowing the "X-Files" spot for two weeks, this trial-run show now gets a time slot of its own. These three characters started on "The
X-Files" (providing Mulder with unrequested help), but their own show is lighter and goofier. Tonight, they try
to trap a woman who used poisoned baked goods to kill French heroes.
