UH: No classes; offices closed; Sinclair Library, closed; Hamilton Library closed through end of spring break.

TheBus: State holiday schedule, with express service; slightly reduced, regular weekday service for major military bases, and downtown.

On-street parking: Free, except for metered Kalakaua Avenue spaces adjacent to Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway parking as permitted by sign; municipal lot meters must be fed.

Traffic: No coning.

Trash: Regular residential and business pickup.

Open Markets: Closed.

Landfills and convenience centers: Open.
