If you have a question or concern about the accuracy, fairness or thoroughness of an item in The Honolulu Advertiser, please call Reader Representative John Simonds at 525-8033.

• Deborah Pope is the executive director of the Doris Duke Foundation for Islamic Art. An incorrect first name was included in a Mike Leidemann column posted Saturday.

• The Hawai'i State Science and Engineering Fair is open to students grades 6-12, not just high-schoolers. Because of a reporter's error, incorrect information was contained in a story posted in the March 25 'Ohana section.

• Because of an editing error, Phil Thorngren's last name was misspelled in a photo caption for an article posted yesterday on long-distance MBA instruction offered by the University of Hawai'i.
